Who We Are
IFG Group’s roots go back to the late 1970s, when the first specialized showroom was opened in Egypt. What began as a single PEUGEOT showroom has grown into a diversified group spanning vehicle trading, authorized service, manufacturing partnerships, real estate and logistics — with branches across Egypt and the UAE.
Late 1970s
The First Showroom
Opened the first specialized showroom “El-Farag” for imported PEUGEOT vehicles.
1987 – 1993
Suez Automotive Trade
Established for importing TOYOTA vehicles.
1993 – 2001
New Agencies
Became an official distributor for LADA and SUZUKI.
2001
Hyundai & Renault
A new partnership with Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Farag; became a distributor for HYUNDAI — and in the same year, for RENAULT.
2004 – 2008
First Motorcycle Importer
The first importer in Egypt of motorcycles from China — Fahd brand.
2005
Diversification
Opened the first specialized showroom “El-Farag” for imported PEUGEOT vehicles.
2006
The Nissan Era
Two new showrooms added after becoming a distributor for NISSAN.
2007
Birth of IFG Group
Established by Mohamed Ibrahim Farag & Ibrahim Farag Abdel Rahim — service stations, fuel stations and supermarkets.
2009
Nationwide Expansion
Exclusive showrooms for RENAULT, KIA, MITSUBISHI & PEUGEOT; Cairo branch and Ismailia exclusive Nissan showroom opened.
2010
New Headquarters
The new workshop and the group’s headquarter were built.
2015
Victory Auto
Became Sole Agent and Exclusive Dealer (SKD, CKD, CBU) for VICTORY AUTO, KAMA & CDW in Egypt.
2016
The Chinese Brands
Became Sole Agent and Exclusive Dealer for Brilliance, Shineray & Zotye Auto.
2017
Zotye Facility
3S Facility for Zotye Auto in Katameya, Cairo + a new exclusive Zotye showroom.
2018
Four New Companies
Established ZOTYE EGYPT, TRAUM EGYPT, HANTENG EGYPT & VICTORY AUTO.
2019
Network Expansion
New exclusive Hanteng showrooms in Suez, Cairo & Giza; new AS facility in Alexandria; 3S facility in Abou Rawash, Giza.
2020
The Red Sea Coast
Expansion of the AS network — new facilities in Sharm El Sheikh & Hurghada.
2022
Going International
Established the IFG branch in Dubai, UAE.
2023
New Horizons
Established IFG FOR INVESTMENTS in Sokhna — Logistics Area.
